Hardee's - Winston-Salem

Wish I could give this place 7 stars. The skid marks on the side of the building were an excellent feature. I knew this place was popular when I saw paper cups, sanitary napkins and wet wipes pouring out from in trash cans. The atmosphere was great: employees welcomed me at the register (which for an old geezer like myself, was appreciated). My order came out room temperature, just the way I like it. I really enjoyed the soda machine as well! I was able to customize my own soda. It was a really nice hole-in-the-wall joint that I will be recommending to my nephew when we are back in town.

Stopped just to get lunch that day. Ordered through the drive thru. I had no problems with my order. The food and service was great.

Today service was excellent! Food was hot and exactly what we ordered! We tried the new Prime Rib Burger and it was one of the best I had. I recommend trying.

Frisco Burger has always been my favorite. I've been blessed with them as close to the Baptist Hospital as I've been a long-term patient for many years. I would send my son to Hardees and I always bless my favorite, my son has his own. But the car on the burger is the best, no matter what you prefer.

The Pommes were decent. That's all I can say here. There was no one in the ride, but we waited for food for about 10 minutes. Waiting with the window below, the outside of the restaurant had a slight vomiting smell, or maybe a wet garbage smell, hard to say. The person in the window was very steadfast as if she was upset that we were there. I asked if there were ketchup in the bag and she said, of course, there is. But no honey mustard, as we asked. Wife had chicken pliers she said it was good. I had a chicken sandwich that was barely edible. I ate 1/3 of it and tortured it. Had a strange smell to the sandwich. Hardees is generally met or measured. This is definitely a miss.
