When we called the restaurant, they informed us that we would have to wait an additional hour and a half because the only driver was behind by 5 orders. It would have been appreciated if they had sent a courtesy email about the delay so we could have switched to pick up instead. This was really disappointing customer service!! I can't help but wonder how many people received cold pizza deliveries tonight.
I placed an order through GrubHub at 10:42, with the restaurant showing a closing time of 12:00. However, at 11:45 I received a text saying my order was cancelled due to the restaurant being closed. It is unclear whose fault it is, but I assume it was Marcos. I suspect they closed early due to lack of customers, but if your hours are listed as a certain time, you should be open until that time. I tried calling right after, but no one answered. If your hours have changed, they need to be updated.
Pizza is great, I mean it?s a recipe can?t really mess that up! But the night staff on 9/24 was trash. I came in to get a sauce I paid for once I realized it wasn?t in the box and NO ONE acknowledged me. I get it you?re busy but you definitely see me if Isee you. Better customer service training might need to be implemented because those people are trash!!
Lately my experience has not been 5 star, employment issues are apparent. However the pizza is what it should be and my compliments to the single employee operating the store. The young man managed very well. Worth noting here, it seems managementnever quits here, the place keeps going surprisingly well despite issues.
I wish I could give this restaurant negative stars. This was my first time ordering from them, and it will definitely be my last. Despite the extreme delivery time, we decided to give their food a try. However, after our delivery time had passed, we called and were informed that our order had already left. We live less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant. After waiting another 30 minutes, I decided to cancel my order. The person who answered the phone seemed indifferent to the fact that they were taking so long to deliver orders. If my order had actually left the store, it likely would have arrived ice cold. If they are unable to provide timely delivery services, they should communicate any issues or reconsider offering delivery altogether. In total, we wasted 2 hours dealing with this poor service.
