Mary's Gourmet Diner - Winston-Salem

Mary was such a great place for brunch. I have the cookies and Gravy (picture) and it was one of the best Gravy I ever had. The cookies were fluffy and light, and the ash-browns I ordered on the site were fantastic. They added onions and cheddar cheese and, although it was unexpected, I loved it. Just as important as eating was the service. Our waitress was Sireyia and she did an excellent job. Our coffee cups were always full and he was inviting Demeanor. She answered all our questions and more. I look forward to coming back!

Order her special for the Tagi Benedikt with pulled pork and BBQ hollandaise sauce, a regular egg Benedict and a sandwich. Everything was very good and the service was also top notch. The interior is hipster.

Love it! Mary's is always a spectacular experience. Dena is amazing! She is always on top of things and remembers the little things. She is almost always our server and She never disappoints. 10/10 would recommend. (Heart shaped biscuit not guaranteed.

Marys is phenomenal. The atmosphere is not what you have ever experienced. Very few of the plates are the same and there are various salt and pepper shakers and cutlery on all tables. The service we had was great and the food was also great! Here are a few dishes we ordered and two pictures of the dining area on the stairs. Sometimes it can wait, but it is worth waiting and eating here!

Found this cute little diner online and I was excited to try it! We went at most popular time in Sunday, so waited about 45 min to be seated- which I expected. Hostess seated us while she cleaned the table and told us the specials of the day. Didn’t really like that- seemed like the wait staff needed more help initially, to get our drink orders in. Our waitress was basically seated 4 tables at once and no one to help her get our coffee out. Once she took our order, food came out quickly, but was just warm. Would have tasted better hot. Food was okay, I thought it was going to be better.
