Mcdonald's - Winston-Salem

The drinks/coffees are always wrong. Do not know difference between iced drinks and hot lattes 90% of the time. Worst attitudes when taking orders or trying to rectify issues. Some more senior staff and managers are very accommodating but overall the experience is often a waste of money and very disappointing. The owner/operator needs to implement staffing changes or take more interest in customer satisfaction, especially given new competition is soon coming across the street. Makes me sad because for years this had been a good store to visit.

Nothing was good about this experience. it was very well still breakfast time. i simply ordered a sausage egg and cheese and they “don’t have sausage” wdym u don’t have sausage at breakfast time. i talked to michelle, who is supposed to be the manager, and she was extremely rude and acted like it was my fault there was no sausage. i decided to let the situation go and order a cinnamon roll and they “don’t have cinnamon rolls” i am very very disappointed with my experience today.
