Panera Bread - Winston-Salem

Last time I was there a girl in Pyjama-Boden and crocs answered the phone and made sweating with workers while waiting for her handy all the time and customers. some of the employees were new, I don't owe them. the manager or layer manager in this night was rude and leaned into her inability, as she clearly doesn't know how to speak with customers effective, appropriate or professional. I was in this restaurant since they opened and had some resting, but this is the most appalling of my visit. 50% of people were great, the other half, should not work because they obviously do not want to do the job right. trim the fat or keep the doors closed. that should not be the experience they expect from a chain.

Eating is good, good recommended I had autumn squash soup, was simply not interested in the pumpkin seeds in it. they gave a lot of broth, it was cold and hard. Food: 5/5

My suppe was good, nice that it was on camp. close the only panera that has items on camp. food: 5/5

Every year we get this for a work function. every year I won't enjoy it, but every year I'm wrong. eating is always fresh and always delicious. thank you panera!

I worked here for 4 months and I saw roaches daily. Roaches crawl on, in, and around the pastries. Me and my manager watched a roach crawl on some cookies and then crawl into the cinnamon rolls. I asked her if I could throw all the affected pastries away and she said I couldn't because the display has to look full but that she wouldn't sell it except not even 5 minutes later I watched her sell them to a family with a smile on her face. There are baby roaches in the sink as well. I don't know how bad the kitchen is because I didn't work in it, though I did find a roach in my bread once. Here in this picture I took you'll see a roach right next to the sanitation rating. Doesn't seem very sanitary to me!
