P.f. Chang's - Winston-Salem

This was our first time visiting this location, but we are big fans of the chain and its food. We had made a reservation for our table and were seated promptly upon arrival, which was the main reason we decided to stop here on this trip. I really wish more restaurants allowed reservations, as we are all so busy and planning in advance just makes life easier for us. Anyway, when my crispy honey chicken was served, it looked perfect but was surprisingly spicier than I had expected. I initially thought it was just me, but our wonderful waitress Candice noticed that I wasn't enjoying the meal as much.

My husband and I arrived for a late lunch at this restaurant. There weren't many other customers there, so we were quickly seated by the friendly hostess. Our waitress, Mary Catherine, greeted us promptly and made sure my meal was gluten-free and safe to eat. She provided excellent service and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience! I highly recommend this location in Winston-Salem, NC.

The service at the start was fast and amazing, but it took a long time for our entrees to arrive. The food was mediocre and nothing special. The flavors in dishes like the orange chicken, honey chicken, crab wontons, egg rolls, and apple crunch were a bit odd. The only standout dish was the hot and sour soup. Overall, we were very disappointed. We had received a gift card for Christmas and decided to go for our anniversary but we won't be returning.

I thought it was me, but our fantastic waiterin candice noticed that I didn't move the meal like my family. I just wanted to let it go without saying anything, but when I was asked, I explained my opinion. she checked with the cook and he tried the sauce and he agreed it was much warmer than it should be. in real pfchangs mode they waved my meal and they attacked me with a free dessert. I had no time for a new meal, but I have always impressed with the commitment of the company to customer service and candice has the feeling, welcome, appreciated and appreciated. I had similar experiences to other places so that you trained properly! thank you. candice for a beautiful experience. we will visit again!

The service was great and the staff was very friendly and the food was one of the better pf chang I was so far too much.
