This is the most hostile place I've been through recently. I don't get the new ads on yw because nothing has changed in this load. the help is rude and eating is old. I've tried every time I order to get fresh stuff, but I can't. I have told them a lot of paintings that the red wobbles were bad, but they continue to use them. I'm not going there anymore. not worth the money. the need to display the new on tw. really a bad experience or should I say bad experiences. but no more.

I ordered a cold cut, but they only gave me bologna without any other meats—no turkey, no ham, nothing. The claims about the roasted bread are also misleading; it wasn't roasted at all and was served lukewarm. My family advised me not to return, especially since this was my first experience here and it was not a good one.

My food was made precisely to order, my sandwich artist was polite and professional, and she and her supervisor dealt with the absolute nonsense of another customer throwing a fit in the store with grace. The service provided even with a lady throwing her order around the dining area was superb, and their attitudes towards even the most unreasonable customers show their dedication to customer service.
