At the Lakeland Farmers location, my husband and I are regulars, and Harry, the owner, always goes above and beyond to satisfy our pasta needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about his pasta and sauces and has introduced us to some unique options that we might not have otherwise considered. However, what truly sets Orlando City pasta apart is their exceptional customer service. As frequent customers, I usually pre-order pasta for my husband to pick up on Saturdays. Although I forgot to do so this week, I had been eagerly awaiting their bolognese sauce for weeks. Fortunately, Harry had already reserved the meat sauce for us, even though I had not placed a pre-order. This kind and intentional gesture really distinguishes Orlando City pasta from other businesses. We appreciate the exceptional quality of Orlando City pasta's products, as well as the outstanding service we receive from Harry and his team. Thank you for being the best!
I’m surprised these guys don’t have more stars! I absolutely love their pasta. Been picking up fresh pasta, ravioli and sauce from the farmers market for the last few months and haven’t been disappointed.Their rosemary fettuccine is delicious. The butternut squash ravioli is a recent favorite. And the sage cream sauce is the best!!
This place is a true treasure! I've been getting their pasta since 2020 and it's never disappointed! Definitely worth trying.
We drove all the way from Brevard County to pick up our order at the Winter Park Farmers Market on Saturday morning just to find out the guy working there forgot our order. I received an email confirmation Friday night that my order was received and would be available for pick up the next day at the farmers market. After walking in the heat several blocks and having to pay to park the guy working there nonchalantly let’s us know he doesn’t have our order. What is the point of sending a confirmation email if you are not confirming our order will be ready for us to pick up? The guy offered for us to try other items instead but everything from our original order was sold out and nothing still available was even remotely similar to what we originally ordered. My husband got 2 items to try but the pasta night we had planned was still ruined since there was nothing I wanted available. I do not recommend this place unless you like being disappointed. Edited to add- My husband tried the brisket ravioli and said it was disappointing. It completely fell apart when cooked and he didn’t even finish it. I didn’t try anything because the only items I wanted to try were not available.
Applied for a part time job here and the guy Harry EMAILED and CALLED ME sounding all interested to give me a chance saying how he was going to reach out the next day to set up training and NEVER did is unprofessional. Dude I have a full time job so I was not pressed to work weekends for you and just because I knew nothing about your company don't give you the right to act interested and waste people time.
