I called them up and employee said he would make me a new sub correctly. Five minutes later, the manager Jeremy calls and offers me a side of sauce instead. I reject and he asks me to bring the incorrect sandwich to verify. I reach the restaurant, he inspects and makes me a new sub. NO APOLOGIES whatsoever. This is the 2nd time they have made an incorrect order and seems like lots of other reviewers have the same complaint. Used to be a great place, not anymore!
Worst online service ever!!! I couldn't get a refund because the manager was not in.
We all know how cheap Subways is with their sandwiches- it’s more like a bread sandwich!!! Went to the one in the Stoneybrook plaza and one scoop of tuna spread thin on a foot long- their specialty sandwiches say the out 2x the cheese which is a lie!!!! Haven’t been to subway in 2 years and never again!!! Also $14 and more for the foot long!!! Don’t be a fool go somewhere else

First of all, the website was glitching and would not allow us to place an online order. Second, the bread selections were between white and wheat only. Extremely disappointed with the quality and we did not eat fresh . The bread was tough and inedible around the edges on both our toasted and non toasted sandwiches. My son 's sub was a total mess when we opened it up and there was more mayonnaise on the outside than the inside. I can 't place my finger on it, but there was something definitely not right with the taste of my sweet onion chicken teriyaki. On a positive note, the black forest ham and veggies seemed fresh... chicken and bread not so much.
