Plant Street Market is an indoor market for food, beverages, and AC! This area is worth visiting on Saturday to have fun, shop, and entertainment. ????????
If you are looking to buy local fresh produce from local farmers, this is a major let down. This is a trendy market with little to no locally grown food. Instead you will find lots of interesting items for sale by mostly nice people, problem is they are asking anywhere from 200-600% of the expected price. You can get fish for 41 dollars a lb and a cup of delicious baked beans for 13 dollars. A micro loaf of banana bread for 9 dollars.. then everywhere you pay asks to add a tip. Ok lets way overpay and tip too.. just disappointing to drive 35 min, drive around for 15 min trying to park and find that you can go to Publix and pay 1/4 the price for better looking stuff...
Best farmers market in Central Florida hands down. Live music, kids play area, doggies galore and great produce: the cheese, fresh fish, array of pasta and the knotty by nature plant lady ?
So many amazing vendors to choose from. There are a few that are staples for my daughter's tricky eating issues, but there is something for everyone! Especially the popcorn store which is my dog's favorite booth to visit because of all the little morsels scattered on the ground. ?
Great farmers market. We got fresh bread, coffee and beef jerky. My husband had to get me out of there or I would have bought more like jewelry, pictures, etc.
