Winter Harbor Lobster Shack

The “Shack” has broken the code on how to prepare perfect crab and lobster rolls. Starting with fresh from the ocean crab lobster, with the perfect balance of mayo and best all NO FILLERS! The buns are always toasted to perfection and served with the terrific chips. My kids and I love this place. A must stop while visiting Acadia in Winter Harbor.

A lot of reasons this place is great, starting with lobster and crab rolls, where there’s not too much mayo and no bad filler like lettuce and celery. Slider Sundays are not to be missed. Perfect pulled pork sliders. Everything is served with GOOD chips. Charming setting half way up a meadow with picnic tables, umbrellas and a gentle breeze.

Nothing special here... Ordered one lobster roll and a grilled cheese lobster sandwich and it took 27 minutes to get our meal.

I had a half and half dish, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was really friendly too. It was so good that I ended up having a second one—I’m on vacation, so please don’t judge me!

Our meal was fantastic! The lobster was fresh and packed with flavor, and we also sampled a red hot dog, which was outstanding as well!
