Cafe 92 - Winter Haven

Excellent experience! The all-you-can-eat fish on Fridays, along with two sides, is fantastic. They close at 6:30 PM on Fridays and at 3 PM from Monday to Thursday. They're closed on Sundays. The rest of the menu looks great as well. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely return!

The Puerto Rican food and the Cuban sandwich are exceptional!

The only server was slow and seemed overwhelmed and confused. I noticed another couple who arrived before us quickly left in frustration after paying for their coffees, as their food was taking too long to arrive. Throughout our visit, there were only four other customers in the restaurant. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. My French fries were excessively salty, and one of my wife's side orders—mashed potatoes for her country steak lunch combo—never arrived. The men's bathroom was almost clean but quite uninviting, with old, peeling paint and unpatched holes. I could see the kitchen from the bathroom, and it looked messy and dirty, with several floor tiles missing. When we asked about the missing mashed potatoes while settling our bill, the server offered a half-hearted apology that felt insincere and was not offered until we inquired. She made no effort to rectify our poor experience in any meaningful way. I paid the total amount and told her, as well as the cook who was looking at us apologetically from the kitchen, that we would never return to their restaurant.
