Harborside - Winter Haven

My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant regularly for nearly three years. We have never had a negative experience. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! The service is outstanding and the drinks are perfect. Everyone knows us and makes an effort to greet us when we are there. We always feel welcome and at home. We are excited for many more years of frequenting this place!

I have a rule of visiting a restaurant at least twice before judging the consistency of their quality of service. Harbourside exceeded my expectations. Despite the rainy weather during our second visit, the food service was still great. The cocktails lacked flavor and alcohol content, but we still enjoyed our meal. The lobster bites were fantastic, along with the lobster sandwich, fries, and cole slaw. If you can't sit outside, be sure to still give them a try. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

There are many positive reviews for this restaurant, but unfortunately our experience was not as good. It must be noted that we were a large party of 12 people, but we arrived and were seated at 5:30 pm on a weeknight. The server was attentive and friendly, but our meals didn't arrive until 8:15 pm, which was unacceptable given that the restaurant wasn't very busy at that time. The prices for most dishes are on the higher side. The quality of the food is generally good, but some items, such as the potato skins, could be improved or removed from the menu altogether.

Our server was excellent. she was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. our order was served hot, fresh and in a reasonable time. fried shrimp and white fish combo was crispy outside and not drying out. the white fish was salty for me, but my man was not right. I loved the fries a little thick and tasty like kartoffeln. the shrimp trio was very good, but the filling in the garnels was a bit too heavy. the old shy snake was surprisingly good. the chocolate cake was sweet and the wrench cake was also delicious. total we spent $200 for 3 people including appetizers, drinks, desserts and drinking money. the service, tasty eating, cleanliness and ambiente was worth it and we have taken all the rest home! if I had to complain about something, I would say that the choice of food is limited. but that would not stop me from coming back, and again, and.

What a great experience! Our server Alisha was absolutely awesome! She is incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. Not to mention her service was on point! Next, the lobster bites are a must…SO good! The entrees were perfectly portioned with a good selection of sides. After dinner, wander out by the dock and look for gators! We will be eating there again.
