Contribuisci feedbackStore was dirty,dining room a wreck, workers were disengaged and not thrilled to be working, one was outside then came back in and went to the back and sat down on her phone. The other two workers worked on filling another order before greeting me.. It took a while before I was asked for my order. The store was out of bags. There were hardly any chips on the rack. Disappointed.
There are children behind the counter and roaches on the wall, climbing on and behind the gloves.
Always closed in the middle of the day and out of multiple items. Worst subway by far. Will never buy from of shop at. Today it’s closed at 1130am.
I ordered 4 foot long sandwiches online, 3 subs and 1 flatbread. I walked in to pick up the order and the girl told me they were out of flatbread so she just put it on regular sub bread. Already unhappy with that choice because my husband only likes flatbread I said ok, I guess he’ll just have to deal with it. I’m not sure why they didn’t call and tell me about the change. Last time they were out of something they at least called me to inform me about it. I took my order home. Once I got there I discovered the subs were drowning in sauce. Dripping out. I couldn’t even see the meat because it was covered so bad. 1 of the subs was supposed to have “less mayo/mustard” their definition of light sauce but nope that too was drowning in it! I called and had them replace 2 of the 4 sandwiches because it was so horrible. I couldn’t even scrap off the sauce because it was making the bread soggy. Once I went back to have them replace them, I just ended up asking for no sauce so it wouldn’t happen again. I then also told them to skip the veggies on the remake because the veggies in the bins looked horrible. Lettuce was brown, spinach was wilted. The place was dead, not 1 customer in there and the dining area was a mess with trash on the floor. I won’t be back to this location. That was it for me. Too many wrongs. I’m not sure what happened to this place.
I ordered 2 subs online, Sunday 9/16. When I got there the girl told me they were out of bread. Ok, no problem. But instead of cancelling my order she had cashed it out. Said she spoke to the manager and for me to call the next day for refund. I called numerous times for 2 days. When I finally spoke to someone on Wednesday 9/20, she tried me like I was an idiot. Tells me I should have cancelled the order online, would have if it wouldn't have been cashed out. Proceeds to tell me even though there was a sales reciept they don't print receipts for online orders, the system just automatically sends them. No. The system sends the order, the receipt prints when customer picks up and they are charged. She told me she'd have to call the owner, that he doesn't like giving money out from the store. Well I don't particularly care to give my money to companies for nothing. Needless to say it's now the next day and I haven't had a call back, have called numerous times today with no answer. I don't drive so haven't been able to go there, but will be tomorrow. Submitted a complaint to Subway but no response there either. Extremely disappointed in this situation, company and absolute lack of customer service!
