Taco California - Winter Haven

Without a doubt, the best place in town! My family and I are taco lovers, and we were quite disappointed with the taco spots we tried in Winter Haven. However, on March 18, 2022, after ordering seafood from a restaurant in the same plaza, we decided to get tacos for the kids here. We enjoyed them so much that we ended up placing a second order for ourselves and decided to save the seafood for another day. Since then, we’ve been coming at least once a week, and on two occasions, I've taken just the kids. Oh, and the fruit cocktail is absolutely amazing!

The restaurant is located in a small corner of a strip mall and has just three tables inside. We believe the owner was also the cashier, and he was very friendly. The menu has all the classic items you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant, and the prices are quite reasonable, even better than many places we've tried. They offer a variety of drinks, including several brands of Mexican sodas, Coca-Cola, fruit drinks, smoothies, and aguas frescas. I rarely give five-star ratings, but this place definitely deserves all five stars for its incredible taste, great prices, and friendly service. There's nothing fancy about this restaurant, but that’s part of its charm. They serve breakfast (all day), lunch, and dinner, and it looks like many customers were pleased as they came and went. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This place consistently expresses delicious food at a relatively fast pace. The Nacho Supreme is my way to, but you can easily fall in love with any of the other delicious flavors. Give it a try in confident between the wonderful food and the agua fresca flavors, you will find a common one of your own.

The prices are great, and the food is even better. I'm willing to drive 30 minutes just for a meal here!
