Wendy's - Winter Haven

Every time I get a drink from here it tastes like it has cleaner in it. Every single soda has a lemon type taste to it, and its only this location from my experience.

Order took forever to complete and when I received it my sandwich was missing and no ranch for my daughters nuggets.

Every order from this store has at least one problem. From multiple missing items and incorrect ingredients, to cold food. Not to mention the "BACONator" only ever has 2 weak little strips of bacon. Something needs to change at this store.

The toppings on the Daves Double were poor or minimal. The unsweetened tea ordered was actually sweet tea and the plain baconator sandwhich came with the ketchup and mayo that I had unchecked when ordering, even the printed ticket shows it as plain. As usual, they cannot take the time to make it correctly at this Wendys. The frosty was as good as usual, it is just sad since we are paying extra to have a simple meal picked up and delivered. It really becomes a very expensive meal when most of the items delivered are wrong or poor quality and you have to make replacement food at home for your picky kid after they see the mayo/ketchup on a $10 fast food burger.
