Dunkin' - Winter Park

Waited for a long time, other people forced their way in front of us and the employees let them. Then they didn't even have what we ordered on mobile order, they should have marked the items out before hand.

The past few days that have gone to this location they have been consistently terrible. Unfortunately probably will never go to this one

Do not waste your time or your money going to this dunkin, just go to another one. They do not care about your order they are just there to make

People constantly cutting lines, slow service, and they didn't have glazed doughnuts.

Is very obvious that they are really understaffed, and not ordering enough product to get them through the day. Management needs to step in and help or find help, instead of pinching every penny they can by not hiring enough people and ordering enough product. Multiple visits now and the lines are always long, workers always look overwhelmed and stressed, there’s never the food or donut items I want to order and food and coffees are always given to me in a manner I didn’t order. For instance, a simple avocado toast ordered today came to me I toasted with avocado clumps smothered on the bread. Gross. There’s people who want this Dunkin to be good, we keep coming back hoping… management needs to step up.
