Contribuisci feedbackI had not had a Jersey Mike's sub in a while and my BIL convinced us to give it a try.The feel of the shop is dirty. The tables are both cleaned and even though it is a new building it does not look like it is.Maybe we got there after the dinner rush, but the staff did not acknowledge us and they really didn't want to be there and prepare our sandwiches. We sat there to eat them and one of them was missing bacon, which it is part of the sandwich!Not sure I will run to give them another try in the near future, since the sub was just okay.We ordered the club sub, the original Italian and the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak.
Clearly had too much on 4/20 to do their job. Cooks let a cheesesteak sandwich leave the kitchen without cheese or steak. Grilled veggies with no seasoning inside of bread is what was delivered. The bar is low, and yet still, we are left wanting.
The two employees were very nice. The dining room and bathroom were clean. And my sandwich was hot, fresh and delicious. Mixed the root beer and cream soda and it’s so good. First time visiting a Jersey Mikes and I’m impressed. Pictured Portobello cheese steak
Store 13061 ticket ...470985. I walked in with my girlfriend 15 min till the store was closing. I knew exactly what I wanted and as I stepped in to the store the 2 employees gave us an attitude... one of the ladies started throwing things. I ended uo asking if everything was alright and if I did anything when I walked in to deserve the attitude.... She had told me that it was because of the previous customers. I understand everyone has a bad day but do not give me attitude when I have done nothing wrong to you and been nothing but nice since I walked in... This is unacceptable and this is the second time I have received some attitude from this exact location. I have been a jersey mikes customer since they opened up a location in NY over 6 years ago. Look into my account. But never have I ever received this type of an attitude for being a long time paying customer. you need to retrain your employees or give them better working conditions because I was polite this time but honestly it ticked me off.. You can go back and check the cameras and see I'm telling the truth. That is why I gave you my ticket number. This is the only store I have ever had any problems with and I have lived in NY and in FL and have gone to multiple stores over 6 years.
