Kombu Sushi Ramen - Winter Park

The rolls here were some of the best I have had. The flavors were amazing, I'd recommend trying any if the chefs specialty rolls. The matcha tiramisu was good too, it was bitter which I liked.

After passing this place at least once per week we finally stopped today for an enjoyable lunch. One order was sushi and the other the Breath of Fire ramen. Oh, also ordered the Takoyaki, or fried octopus balls, as an appetizer. The best part was the appetizer of octopus, although the main dishes were also good. While the ramen was good, it wasn't the best I've tasted. The ramen's heat was sufficient but the broth a bit lacking in flavor. Overall, the food and service were good enough to merit a return down the road.

Went for a birthday lunch. Sushi Chef wouldn't let me order the sushi special without the tuna or fake crab was not even willing to substitute less expensive pieces, like CA roll. I've gotten more flexibility from the sushi maker at Publix than I got from this unhappy man. That was my last visit to Kombu.

Nice and cozy Ramen/Sushi place. Loved the food and atmosphere our server was great too. Also so glad that they have both Ramen and Katsu now I just have to pick which one I want each time!

Fairly high priced for unimaginative and minimally flavorful bento box.I had higher hopes, but I was disappointed. I do think their sushi was good. The prices on their sushi were quite high, but it was made well.In all, I would not get a bento next time and I would seek other places before returning.
