Contribuisci feedbackHorrible costumer service, went in tonight around 10pm and as I was walking in the only person there was this lady who looked miserable she was like “ I’ll be right back going to the bathroom “ I understood so I said ok and took a seat. When she came back I ordered and I went to pay with a $50 my order was about $13 or so and she tells me she doesn’t have change. So how it’s the end of the night and you do not have petty cash ? $37 was my change. So I guess they prefer to throw away food and lose customers instead of having change. Train your staff to be more friendly
Horrible service never enough employees always one person doing everything make u wait mad mad long even though u order online ahead of time came in 10 15 mins after I put order in and they haven’t even started with the sandwich n told me it would be another 10 mins never again
Last time I order from this location. Not the first time this has happened here. I ordered a sandwich with 3 toppings and 1 was missing. The order took an hour to get to me. I apologize, but this is highly frustrating.The receipt even said the 3 toppings for the sandwich. I would understand if it was a large order, but this was a singular, simple sandwich and it’s frustrating to wait an hour for 1/3 toppings to be missing.
When you walk in, it looks like a regular subway. And Bette yet, it is a regular subway. Let me keep this simple; often this location runs out of toppings. And in other often times, they are mostly understaffed at the worst times. Although the staff may be nice, we all at the end of the day just expect a quick in out in places like these. Just went inside this location less than 5 minutes ago, and it was pretty packed with customers. Guess what? Only 1 worker behind the register taking orders, creating the subs, etc. That's not the worst, however. To make matters worse, she was just taking her sweet time creating ONE little sub. I understand she may be stressed, but moving like if you are scared of the sub kind of annoys customers. I hate writhing reviews because it makes me feel and look like a Karen (search up what a Karen means if you don't know) but this is all just what I feel. At the end of the day though, the sub tastes good in my opinion, but definitely not worth the wait.
This location was my worst subway experience. The staff was respectful, but the ingredients did not taste fresh at all and the sandwich was very pitiful. My favorite sandwich that I usually view as a 10/10, was brought down to a 1.
