Contribuisci feedbackThe female manager was unkind, impersonal (and irrational) during my interactions here. I went to return two pounds of unopened frozen meat no more than 45 minutes after I had purchased it, and she derogatorily spoke to her employee and said they had to throw it out because we don 't know if he took it home, and then she threw it right in front of me into the garbage can. She could 've just given it back to me if she 's going to throw it out.
We love their beef belly bacon and dry aged steaks! They also have Wagyu. Great customer service and always friendly.
My fiancé and I absolutely love the quality of the meat we get from The Local Butcher. We have not been to the other location but one think to be aware of if the selection of meat changes often. We are never 100% what cuts of beef will be available. When we have asked for cuts not in the case or if they are running low on something, there has never been a time where there is more in the back (even early on in the day). Not usually an issue for us we just try to go with the flow.
I get my Thanksgiving turkey and Christmas tenderloin here every year since they have been here.... honestly they have the best prime steaks in town. They have limited amounts of selections, but for a reason.. hand cut and selected and you know either fresh or aged to perfection. Also their house brined chicken and pork are amazing. and very knowledgeable staff!
This location is not honoring purchased gift cards. Trying to offer $25 credit on a $100...buyers beware.
