Imagine being on an elevator moving for a second and then hanging for minutes. A quick trip to McDonald's can easily turn into waiting for up to 20 minutes, just because they can't handle their lines well.

If you want your order to be grounded consistently, feel hastily and like to be spoken with rude, this is the place to go. This is the closest fast food place near my work it seems every time I go there my order is always wrong and the majority of employees have no idea what they do. If you have allergies like me, don't even think about eating your food without checking it first. I understand that every person is and will be made mistakes, but every time? I also understand that it is not much expected because it is fast food, but you would even think a simple place as this would be able to get a simple burger right. Avoid this place if possible.

I don't usually go to McDonald's. I do like their Egg McMuffins and their hash browns. That's what I got and it was actually pretty good. The packets of ketchup that they gave me had been leaked on and was all sticky and gooey.

I asked for water and the manager was.. right on it ..no questions asked.. Now thats. Real true customer service Thank you very much.. From sign holding job
