Very unfriendly manager, arguing with his staff while all customers are standing by. Baking fries is not possible, not to mention a sate, meat is raw on the inside and if you talk to the manager about this, you will get the full load. Fortunately, there are much better chip shops in the area.

They got fries yesterday and they were tough. Been in jail too long, I guess.

Best chip shop in Genk and surroundings. Friendly patrons. Heavenly goulash. The only drawback, if you come in after 5 pm you will have to wait a long time : It has become more expensive but what do you want everything has become more expensive, at least here you get quality and extra ambiance from the Stalenstraat :

Tried a chip shop that we have never been to and I must say it is a great place! Friendly owners and the food was tasty. Also at a friendly price. The sandwiches were only 6 euros each but had lots of vegetables and the snacks were well fried. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a good chip shop. Normally we hardly ever get to Genk, but this makes the trip a bit more interesting for the future.
