Arby's - Wintersville

We stopped here after a game today. 5 of us ordered and we spent around $50. They got our order wrong and I had to go up there 3 times to get it right. When I went up the 3rd time, I asked for Broncoberry sauce. They wanted to charge me a quarter. I didn't have a quarter, as I don't carry cash and refused me the sauce that I put on my beef n Cheddar. I'm extremely disappointed bc I don't eat the sandwich without it. I also use it for my fries. Definitely never visiting this location again, and I'll be sure to inform the entire team of the lousy service.

Not just a run-of-the-mill fast food joint actually had some healthy choice Foods along with the usual side

Never happy with my order. half the time it's wrong. Need to focus more on making customers happy and not how fast you can make a sandwich. Pathetic
