Nashville Hot Chicken Shack

Ordered Hot Chicken and got normal. Ordered extra sauce and charged for it, received none. Got some Mac n cheese as a side but I gotta eat it with my hands? This is the first and LAST time I’ll be ordering here. -3/10 do not recommend food quality does not meet dollar amount

You generally have good food. but your service and food lately has been off. either too greasy. or just overall bad tasting. and you got rid of your staple foods. them delicious collard greens and the Mac and cheese with the chicken pieces.

What a disappointment. I didn’t realize this was a ghost kitchen so I went to the address listed, which was Joe’s Crab Shack. I asked the hostess if we were in the right place but she had no idea about Nashville Hot Chicken Shack being there. A manager stepped in to tell me to order pick up from a delivery app. The wait time was initially 25 minutes. After 45 minutes of sitting in the parking lot and watching the pick up time push back every few minutes, I finally went in to check on the status. It was sitting there, cold and soggy, by that point. Our order was wrong, items were missing, portions were laughable. The food itself was actually decent but the rest of the experience was just a mess.

The food was delicious, I ordered a chicken platter with mac and cheese, fries, and of course chicken. I got medium heat and it was perfect for those who prefer pure flavor without too much spice. The fried cookie dough was okay, but it would probably be better if made in-house - it tasted more like pancakes than cookie.

I had a poor experience at this restaurant. I had to wait a long time to be seated, and once I was at the table, it took even longer for a server to come by. I never received a drink or any service at all. I shouldn't have to flag someone down for help – it's their job to check on customers. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
