Wslliser Kanne - Winterthur

Visit Winterthur had a look at Trip Advisor and discovered this place. It wasn't dissolved. The staff, the lady who served us, was very friendly and offered good advice on food choices. Beer was good, but food was amazing. Boar entrecote is recommended. Good quality,... very well presented, excellent taste with a wide selection of vegetables on the side. A fair price for a good meal in a good atmosphere.

We were looking for a good place to eat in the center of Winterthur, among the very many available. This was almost the first place we looked at and it turned out to be the perfect choice. When we arrived, the tables and chairs had not yet been finished after the market (it's on the main square in the city), but we were hung around by the menu in the nearby boutiques until we were able to sit down for dinner. The service was excellent and very friendly. We wanted to try so many dishes, we really couldn't decide! Many dishes can be ordered either as an appetizer or as a main dish. at the end I chose two starters as a main course (separated on a large plate). A tablet of Desserts was introduced to us, out, with a selection of normal size or half size (I tried to take more than one). Frankly, I'd go back to Winterthur to eat here again.

I wanted a local food and that was nice. I have meat and pork ball and green salad and they were both great. The waiter was friendly and happy gave me a menu in English. Beautiful picturesque place.

Das Restaurant ist sehr urchig - und hat mich überzeugt. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen ist sehr fein, günstig und die Portionen sind dennoch grosszügg. Als Geheimtipp mitten in der Altstadt von Winterthur einfach nur empfehlenswert!

Gelungener Abend, feiner Wein, viele verschiedene Fondues, nette Bedienung. Preis Listung stimmt absolut. Sehr zu empfehlen.
