The food was not worth the amount we paid for it. Barely warm when we received it. Ordered lobster and they did not have any lobster cracker tools. ??? Unbelievable. Parking: Was not busy. Lots of parking available Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

I have Aloha Gal and can’t eat butter. Was ASSURED they would not cook my meal with butter. I asked for not seasoning as I also have other allergies. When my food arrived it was covered in blackening mix. They graciously remade it. The second time my dish was so dry and the shrimp were in what appeared to be oil. I asked again if it contained butter. The (very kind and helpful) waitress said no. They took the fish off my ticket since it was over cooked. Well by the time I got home I was sick. Called back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He said he was sure I was correct but he knew his staff wouldn’t cook it in contradiction to my allergy. Like what?? Those two things directly contradict each other. He also stated the fish wouldn’t be dry if they had been able to use oil. What tha??? I successfully cook light and flaky fish at home with no butter it’s called cooking oil. They will refund my money the next time I’m Greenville. However, I am Very disappointed in how it was handled. If you say you can work with an allergy then don’t make someone violently sick by NOT adhering to your word.
