113 Fish - WIRRAL

Had to throw food in bin, they wouldnt replace or refund .....BEWARE The family was left hungry and vastly out of pocket. Staff so rude, spoilt the end to our holiday

I 'm just going to let the pictures do the 'talking ' this is what is what was found after clearing what looked like 6 times fried batter.

Asked to get pegged by a battered fish and they wouldn’t receive very disappointed I got immediately kicked out the store.

Yesterday I came out here to get some food as I couldn’t cook due to work. I tried calling to place my food so I could pick it up but on the phone it was so difficult. There was a child in the phone who was completely ignorant and rude commenting about me when he was making it difficult. After a while I was able to place it and it wouldn’t be ready for an hour and a half. When I finally got it it was cold and after I heated it up it smelt bad and tasted gross. But there’s something worse, the chicken was RAW! These people are cooking dangerous items to eat and selling it for a totally disgusting price of £20 for everything I ordered. Ultimately, I do not recommend having food from here as you’ll probably get ill and have a hurt wallet for what you get. Find somewhere better to eat!

Tried ordering online, phone was answered by someone who sounded like a child and was very ignorant. I couldn’t get my point across and ultimately ended up hanging up. Avoiding here from now on.
