Bella Italia - WIRRAL

Please note Bella Italia has closed down and reopened as Flank Steakhouse!! Flank is on average £20 a meal but I wasn’t impressed at the service (wait) or food served.

Had the most amazing experience at Bella Italia Brighton!! All the staff were amazing and made my friend have a fantastic birthdayyyy, all the staff were so helpful and friendly and will definitely be visiting again!!

Cleo is perhaps the most efficient, professional, and welcoming staff member I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor are unmatched. She is clearly skilled at solving problems and is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. I am impressed by her level of service. She is a valuable asset to the company, and I will definitely be dining here again!!

I ordered the mushroom starter and the king prawns in garlic butter. Both dishes were delicious in flavor, but there were some issues with each, to be honest. The ciabatta on both dishes was overdone, so it was difficult to soak up the sauce. Additionally, when ordering prawns, customers should be asked if they want them served in shells. The shells were very hard to remove, which was frustrating for both my wife and me. The cleanliness of the restaurant during the pandemic was below acceptable standards, as many tables had not been cleaned. Overall, it's an alright place to eat, but it's overpriced and not clean enough to deserve more stars than a McDonald's. I apologize.

My family and I decided to try out Bella Italia in New Brighton for the first time on a Saturday evening, since we live closest to Chester. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and lively Waiter Jed. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Jed even gave us a 30% off voucher for our next visit, which we are already looking forward to. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience with excellent service.
