Costa Coffee - WIRRAL

The restaurant is clean and tidy with plenty of seating. The cakes, food, and coffee were all delicious.

On March 10th, I ordered 2 coffees and 2 frappés for my kids at Costa West Kirby. I received the coffees first and was told by the server that she would call us when the frappés were ready. After 8 minutes, my kids asked about their drinks and we noticed the server giving frappés to customers who had come in after us. We approached the counter and asked about our drinks, but the server claimed she had made them all together, even though our drinks were not ready. After another 5 minutes, our drinks were finally prepared. The server, who was working at around 2:45 pm, lacked customer service skills and manners. She did not apologize for the delay or her poor judgment. Overall, poor service was provided by Costa West Kirby.

I had a wonderful experience at Costa. The staff were lovely and the food was great. We tried the new warm milkshakes and they were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning to try the other two flavors. Thank you, Costa!

My daughter and I love Costa very much because it is very cozy here, the employees are kind and attentive, and Costa supports children in Africa
