Let down by Mc delivery, how can they have items on the receipt and still not pack them? No point in trying customer services, blaming the courier?

Don't order through deliveroo and expect them to put it right if they mess up the order. Just ordered through deliveroo..they missed off the big MAC burger from my big Mac meal. Wife phoned to complain and was told there was nothing they could do but complain through deliveroo come to resteraunt for refund ...not acceptable really because it was their mistake and there is a reason why people use deliveroo in the first place!!! When I tried to ring up and complain and speak to a manager on 5 occasions shortly after they refused to pick up. Disgusting customer service. If they use second parties to deliver their food (deliveroo) and they messed up, they should use the same company to put it right and deliver. It's shockingly bad customer service and a broken system which isn't fair on the customer.

Your lucky if they get your order right. Chips can be sour at times and food served cold If you pay by cash there’s no one on the till permanently to your waiting for ages trying to get someone’s attention. I was sick off the chicken strips wouldn’t recommend

Filthy crumbs over 8 tables before we found a clean one. Then only to find crumbs on bench. 8-15 pm obviously not enough doing wipe downs. Left

I ordered mcdonalds for myself and family for delivery and was really disappointed. After waiting almost an hour food came cold and milkshakes were warm. Won't be ordering from there again.
