My daughter wanted a takeaway from Nando's, so I placed an order on the app. However, when her dad went to collect the order and got home, he realized that the children's chicken burger was missing from the bag. We tried to call the restaurant to have it ready for him to collect, but the only number available was customer service, who told us they would get back to us in 48 hours. When he went to collect the missing item, he was questioned by the lady who packed the order, claiming she had included it. This whole experience was a display of awful customer service. We will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
We were seated promptly and didn't have to wait long to be served. The food was enjoyable and arrived promptly. My partner's pitta was generously filled with chicken. The staff were welcoming and friendly. While not the best Nando's we have visited, it still ranked highly in our experiences.
Waited outside for 40 minutes in the rain whilst there was 5 empty booths to be told the takeaways have taken priority.
This restaurant is quite spacious, however we had to wait in line for about 15 minutes before we were seated. Despite the wait, it was worth it. Everything went smoothly and there were no issues to report. The table servers were efficient and polite.
Been here many times, this is one my 2 children’s fave places to eat. Food was really nice, I got my usual butterfly chicken in a hint of bbq sauce with peri salt chips garlic bread. I also got the naughty nata dessert. My only gripe was once seated I placed my order on the app and was told there was a 15 minute wait on the butterfly chicken, we eventually got our food 50 minutes later, but it was delicious and to be fair the place was busy.
