Pausa Coffee Shop - WIRRAL

This shop is on the Too Good to Go app. I have placed two orders and the shop have summarily cancelled both. Looks like they put too many bags on the app. This has been somewhat irritating and I won't be trying again or paying them a visit.

This was our first visit to this cafe (didn't actually know it was there until a few weeks ago). It is not a place to go for a full meal but there is plenty of choice if you just want a sandwich/toastie/cake/baked potato. I chose the coffee and walnut cake with a regular latte. The cake was very moreish and really moist. The portion size was good and my latte was hot. My partner chose a cheese and onion toastie which came with a bit of salad and some crisps which made it good value for money. The lady serving was most friendly and efficient and her colleague brought the toastie to the table very promptly. The tables were kept clear and cleaned very regularly. Now we know about this cafe we will return again.

The coffee shop in Bromborough dunelm is a pleasant experience, staff Jacqui is a lovely friendly person who very much looks after people that visit the cafe,especially noticed how lovely she is with disabled people.Its a joy to see someone so kind and helpful to the disabled ,special needs community.Thanks again Jacqui,lovely to see someone who thoroughly enjoys what she does

Met up with friend today and never been here before. Omg the food was great, the staff were fantastic. Its a long time where we have been treated so well with their customer service and attention to detail being best ever..8 I can't tell you how helpful and friendly they were...you would go a long way to find staff so good....thank you to you all who work here.

Visited on Friday 22/10/21 . I ordered one tea and asked for a regular Americarno I was then asked by the waitress what size coffee I wanted so I told her again then she seemed to have forgotten what I said so she held up two cups I said the smaller one but that didn't get through either and she gave me the larger one anyway. I just gave up. The tea was cold . I ordered two ham quiche and salad this was very nice when it came but we waited 30 minutes other customers who came in after us were getting there meals before us when I asked why I was told it was the way things came out of the oven but it seemed odd that one of the people served first was obviously a friend of the waitress . I have noticed a steady decline in this cafe and definitely will not be visiting again .
