Discusting lamb tikka pathia spoons sauce prawn vindaloo tasted as if made from a jar keema nan dry and no keema inside total waste of money went in bin

We have used Shahjalal for years and always loved our food. Unfortunately, tonight was a different tale. We ordered via Just Eat, waited an hour for food, which is fine but when our food arrived I had ordered Murugi Chicken, I literally had pieces...of chicken, no veg, onions or anything just a sauce that was bland when it was supposed to be ‘Medium’? So disappointed My husband ordered Chicken Jalfrezi, again minimal chicken, flavourless sauce and very watery Not sure if this is to do with Just Eat or if they have Chang the chefs at Shahjalah.

First time trying this takeaway I can honestly say I won't be trying it again. Part of the order was missing when I rang back to tell them, they said they would just add it onto the next order. Not the response I...was expecting! Once I told them I wouldn't be ordering from them again, the man on the phone mumbled something, said the remainder of my order would arrive in minutes then hung up on me. Not good customer service at all. It's been over an hour now I'm still waiting . . . Christmas will come before it does! The food that did arrive was of a very low standard, most of which ended up in the bin. Will definitely not be giving this place any more custom

Just ordered takeaway. Dansaak very bland and tasteless. food not hot had to put in microwave. Asked for well done nan and was barely cooked had to grill it myself. Wouldn't order from here again.

Nicest indian takeaway we have had. Beats Zingas and Saffron. Delivery spot on time and flavour of food is mouth watering. Highly Recommended.
