This restaurant is an excellent choice for delicious food. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was around $30 to $50. Both the food and service were outstanding, earning a perfect rating of 5. The atmosphere was also fantastic, rated 5 as well. I highly recommend the Fresh Lobster, Lobster Dinner, Lobster Roll, Crab Roll, and the Chowder.

When there's a long line at Red's, which happens almost all the time, choosing Sprague's is an easy choice. Their prices are very reasonable, and the food meets all expectations. The lobster dinner is an incredible value for what you get! I love sitting on the deck, watching the seagulls over the water. The area also has a charming little stand where you can buy jams and other canned goods, as well as a small building that provides information about local history. The staff is friendly and personable, creating a comfortable and authentically Maine atmosphere. It's a genuine family business that I adore supporting. Just a heads up: they only accept cash or checks, but there's an ATM on-site.
