Contribuisci feedbackWorst ever. Could order an Italian sub at drive thru. She told me to use the screen to select the sub. Didn't even have Italian sub on the menu. Only really went for chirros for my elder parents. That's all I ordered. 15 mins later...it was like rubber. O M G, won't be going back there.
Do not bother ordering online. I added bacon to sub, paid for it, did not receive bacon. This happens literally all the time. They have no problem taking money for add-ons but getting them actually on the sandwich seems to be an issue.
Worst Subway in Rapids, dont go here unless you have to. Just waited for 15 minutes in the drivethrough to end up getting a sandwich I didnt want because they apparently dont employ anyone that can read. Then the food was cold and gross. Just close it if nobody worth hiring is out there.
We did our order on the app. Waited in line drive thru for 10 plus mins. Which was understandable as it was busy with one car in front of us and one behind. Nothing was said to us when our food was handed to us. I get home and on our receipt it states no avacodo today which we got the Mexicali sub. The whole point of it is the avacodo in my opinion. When calling in, I ask for a manager the girl who answer stated that is was a manager call. The phone was taken by someone who did not state their name. I had ask, which was Danielle. When asking if she was a manager she laughed and said not technically. So I stated that that when getting our food we were not told that it was missing one of the key ingredients and did not know till we were home. I said it would have been nice to know as that sub was purchase due to that specific ingredient. All I got was yeah well we’re busy right now. Danielle attitude is not right to even be representing as some as a manager. Unprofessional and just rude.
Kid left stranded with mothers phone, was here her whole shift. Precil doesn't even come with cheese it comes with honey mustard.
