The lodge owners, Wade Fellin and his father Craig, are dedicated to the health and vitality of the watershed and gave us an excellent understanding of the challenges they face in this changing environment. Guides were terrific with Tim Tollett the true standout. I clearly need more practice casting streamers and then learning his method to set, forcing me to forget most of what I've been taught. Great guiding with the Beaverhead the most exciting. Lodging was good; Linette's food program was creative and resourceful. Every day a treat. And Wade made a special lunch delivery driving an hour from the lodge to drop off a meal which I then retrieved. Not a bad catch!
Wonderful Spot! I visited with my dad in late August and it was perfect. We have been fortunate to visit lodges all over and this was one of our favorites. Great fishing, great food, and great company. The perfect blend of Refined and Rustic. Not too much on either side. We hope to go again! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
