Kfc - Wise

Ordered For pickup, arrived at pickup time watched 3 people, including one person with an order twice my size order and receive food AFTER me. Ordered at 8:46PM, food received 9:44 PM after I complained.

No matter where you go KFC is always a good option for fried chicken. I do miss the food bar and hope that one day it will return.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 4-piece chicken tender meal, added extra biscuits, and requested 2 large sides of mashed potatoes with gravy. When I got home and started making plates for my kids, I realized that for the two large sides of potatoes, there was only one small bowl of gravy! If you order two sides, shouldn’t you get two gravies? Then, when I opened the box, I found only three chicken strips instead of four. Why does this always happen? I rarely complain, but this is the last straw for me! I live 30 minutes away, so it’s not like I can just hop in the car and run back to sort this out!

I went to get an 8-piece chicken meal and was disappointed from the start. They were out of crispy chicken, and when I got home, half of the pieces looked like they had been sitting out for hours or were just overcooked. One of the breasts appeared to have been cut in half before cooking, so I basically only got one breast. You've lost my business today over $19.64. If you're looking for chicken in Wise, VA, I suggest going elsewhere for better quality.

I visited the restaurant at 3:04 PM, and unfortunately, the chicken I received was the worst I’ve ever tasted. It seemed at least five hours old—cold, burnt, and extremely dry. Additionally, the biscuit was rock hard.
