Today we had a terrible experience at our local Subway. The woman who served us clearly didn’t want to be there; she hastily piled our orders onto the bread without ever looking at us or asking if we wanted anything else. When I began to specify toppings like onions and peppers, she simply slid the sandwich over to a younger employee without saying a word to either of us. If she doesn’t enjoy working with customers, she shouldn’t be behind the counter. We ordered four sandwiches, but I can assure you that we won’t be returning to this location. In the future, I’ll gladly drive the extra 15 miles to the Subway in West Point.
