The room is spacious and clean and cozy. The hotel is modern and well maintained. We haven't seen the sauna area, but no one has informed us where it is, or how we did, we wanted to use it. That could have been useful at check-in. There was no bathrobe or the like in the room. In the info book we discovered that we could have the things at the reception. We had a voucher we wanted to redeem before it expires. We bought a certain service that was obviously changed. So the drinks I bought at the time were no longer part of the package. The reception staff was friendly but not very competent.
We used the Lazy Sunday offer from So on Mo. It was very relaxed, the small but fine sauna offer was great and the breakfast buffet was more than sufficient and also suitable for vegans. We liked it very well and we would like to come back. Thank you.
Hotel easy to reach. Make an impression from the outside. Inside it looks freshly renovated with carpet. We went to third for an overnight stay. Cot has been provided for 5 euros with bed linen etc., after prior telephone consultation. Once in the room, everything was fine. Apparently all clean and original. When looking more closely, a lot of dust everywhere and black long hair in bed. Night table lamps didn't work properly. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The toilet paper has probably been the cheapest and thinnest thing I've ever seen. In the whole room were incredibly many animals on the go, silver fish in the bathroom and on the walls and many spiders along the ceiling. If we hadn't expected a Van der Valk chain hotel. Especially not for the price of 145 euros the night! The breakfast buffet is also not worth its money!
The stay was not bad overall. The food was good and the rooms were clean. The biggest kriterium was the staff. It was partly white very rude and not helpful.
