Why is it so difficult to make a cappy blast?? There seems to be only one person who knows how to make it properly. If I wanted a vanilla shake, I would order a vanilla shake!! Guess it's time to take my daily business somewhere else......again!

I placed an order for three small chocolate shakes and one medium shake, but they informed me they could only make the small ones. I accepted that, but then they just handed me a coffee instead. When we finally received the shakes, they turned out to be just chocolate milk with no ice at all. I ended up waiting a long time for what was supposed to be a treat.

The place is extremely dirty, and without a doubt, it has the most unfriendly staff in all of Oakland.

I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday, but unfortunately, it didn't turn out as planned. To make a long story short, I was informed that they had forgotten to place the order with the cake decorator, so the cake wasn't ready. Instead, I was offered a generic cake from the freezer, with no discount provided. The staff member at the counter seemed indifferent to the fact that my daughter's party was ruined. Two customers behind me mentioned they had experienced the same issue. On my way home, I ended up buying a cake from another company at the last minute, as I didn't want to give them my business. I called corporate to express my dissatisfaction and received a response filled with apologies and various excuses. I won't be using them again.
