Contribuisci feedbackImprovements are needed at this restaurant. They only had a taste of bread available at the time. The soda machine was not working, as they only had Coke and Diet Coke available, but Sprite and Dr. Pepper were also out. The bread was tough to chew. Some minor improvements could lead to a better overall experience.
The staff at the restaurant forgot to add the meat to my sandwich - I had to ask for it again after it was toasted. In addition, they no longer offer ranch dressing, which is inconvenient as many people, myself included, enjoy having ranch with their sandwiches. It is disappointing to see the decline in customer service at this establishment.
This restaurant does everything right. They make their sandwiches fresh, keeping the counter, floor, and drink refrigerator very clean. The service is quick while still maintaining quality. They hand-build their sandwiches, so it may not be a fast meal, but it is fresh and delicious. The prices are fair and do not encourage customers to linger for long periods of time.
The ladies who worked today were so sweet and helpful with all the gift cards I bought, even if they were not 100% safe as I got the carry to do. they called someone to help them find out, and even while they tried to find out my situation, they were helpful and nice to the customers to foot. great multitasking and great customer service!
I originally gave it 3 stars awhile ago but after returning twice in the last few weeks I have to give it 4 stats based solely on the kind and courteous service. These employees are an asset to the owner, I hope he realizes their service doesn't go unnoticed. Of the 4 Subway's in the area, this is the one that gets my business. Service means a lot.
