Contribuisci feedbackBeen going here for years but never have I had as bad of an experience as today. Were 2+ hours behind on orders and incredibly understaffed. Whoever the manager or district manager is telling your employees not to turn off online orders when your that backed up should be ashamed. That is on YOU for running the store into the ground, not your employees. Felt bad for what they had to put up with.
There were multiple people outside of the store. The employees decided to close hours before because manager left? I’m not really sure but it’s unprofessional had multiple people drive all the way to grab their orders that had not been cancelled to be ignored at the door without
Twice my son went there and they ran out of food. How does a restaurant run out of meat etc.
This used to be the best chipotle around and now it’s the worst. Consistently out of ingredients. Lady at the register is mean.
Hit a rough patch during COVID, seems to have gotten most of the mojo back but staff was less than pleasant. Person taking my order was seemingly annoyed that I was ordering food between the lunch and dinner rush on a Wednesday. Just felt really uncomfortable interacting with her as she aggressively put my order together, threw utensils down, ripped my burrito, and threw kids plate lids because there were no bottoms. The check out girl is was nice though...
