Burger Box - Woking

Despite its poor ranking and reviews on TripAdvisor, we decided to give this restaurant a chance. The decor of the restaurant was nice, but unfortunately the food did not live up to expectations. The menu only offered a limited selection of beef burgers, such as classic, cheese, and bacon burgers. However, they had run out of bacon and chicken burgers were not available. This lack of variety was disappointing. The "no frills" approach was acceptable, but the execution fell short; the brioche bun was cold and the burger was dry. The milkshake was also below par, resembling more of a glass of ice cream with some ice. Additionally, they ran out of enough fries for everyone, so they topped them up with a few small halloumi bites each. Although it was thoughtful that they tried to make up for the shortage, it was unexpected and we had already paid before the food was served. Furthermore, there was only one staff member taking orders at the till and cooking in the kitchen, which seemed inefficient. Despite having fair pricing, the restaurant falls short in delivering a satisfying dining experience.

The restaurant offers a great variety of burgers and delicious milkshakes that are outstanding! The service is excellent and very informative.

I ordered from Deliveroo and paid £32, but they forgot my fries and double stack burger. They also gave me a stale baguette for my £7.50 hot dog and my strawberry milkshake was only half full. Save your money and appetite and avoid this place!
