Pret A Manger - Woking

Best pret we have used and we have used a few, coffee lovely and hot, food tasty nice surroundings and great service on Sunday, top marks deserved

Service was quick however the tables were not clean. I noticed a lot of flies coming out of the bins underneath where the sugar is kept. I did not feel it was very hygienic and to the standard it normally is unfortunately.

Lovely lovely place, love all the staff, their hard work is appreciated. However, the operating manager is rude and unprofessional. He approached a table of my friends (who had all purchased drinks and food), not dressed in uniform and refused to identify himself at first. He began aggressively telling us off as I was eating a bag of crisps not brought in the pret store. I have severe allergies and do not trust food from pret after previous incidents. I was not given a chance to explain myself and although I recognise he needs to do his job, he ruined my day and made me feel distressed and threatened.

Coffee is great, did not have chai lattes for ages, staff sometimes chat amounts themselves ignoring customers, dirty tables and the bucket chairs need a good clean found a dirty safety pin down the side and food.

I ordered the Korean chicken wrap, but there was hardly any chicken in it.
