The Guru Indian Cuisine - Woking

Our first curry at a restaurant! We met nearly two years ago, and we had a fantastic meal. To put it simply, the food was excellent; my mushroom rice and chicken jalfrezi were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere wasn't amazing—perhaps because England was playing Uruguay and only three tables were occupied on a Saturday night—but the owner was lovely. We considered asking the waiter why he wasn't wearing a mask, but aside from that, it was a really nice dining experience. We plan to return, and we might try their takeaway option someday too!

My fiancée and I live in front of location and have discovered this place about the pandemic, they make a great takeaway, but we were also personal and had the tandoori chicken ktikka. our only regret is that we only have one to share as it was so good. it is our favorite Indian food in woking. our little point to improve is that some background music would really increase the atmosphere!

I picked up a takeaway for three last night for the first time after the lockdown. the food was excellent. probably better than ever. nicely cooked, great aromen and piping hot. great to see that they were busy decorating to give the inner also a bit facelift. still my favorite restaurant in woking.

The food is fantastic, and while the prices may be on the higher side, the quality and portion sizes more than justify it. Absolutely delicious!
