Herbies Pizza - Wokingham

We ordered pizza and a very kind man was willing to go to another shop because they were out of our boba order!! Excellent customer service. The pizza was also very delicious.

I ordered the 'Meat Feast Flamer' expecting it to be hot with Tobasco sauce and jalapeño peppers, but both ingredients were missing. Very disappointing, to be honest.

High quality pizza for a great price. Recently visited after its refurbishment and much improved. A must for all pizza lovers.

If I could give this restaurant a rating, it would be -91928282. The service was the most pathetic and rude I have ever experienced. I will not be ordering from here again, even though I used to be a regular customer. They added toppings to my pizza that I didn't even ask for, and when I called to sort it out, I had to justify why I didn't want them and couldn't eat them. After countless attempts to explain politely, I still couldn't get the pizza I ordered. The delivery driver even asked me to pay for the delivery separately, which was ridiculous. Their job is to keep customers happy and assist them. When the driver arrived, he asked for money before giving me the pizza I originally wanted, even counting the cash before giving me the second pizza. I have never experienced such a pathetic and disgusting service before. Don't waste people's time. I told the driver I would never order from there again. I am disgusted and sickened by this experience. The quality of the pizza is not exceptional, so they should focus on keeping their customers happy. Shameful and tragic.

It's a classic corner shop pizza place. It sells food good enough go get you through a tough rugby game but not a diet. It's chicken burger is delicious and affordable and the personal sized pizza is a good replacement for a friday lunch when you're feeling indulgant. Popular with the local school kids around lunch time and straight after school (2:55) but is quieter soon after that. The cashier is polite and there's space to sit down in the shop. They also sell fizzy drinks and ben and jerry's ice cream. Remind yourself of the times you were at a sleep over with some Herbies.
