Mcdonald's - Wokingham

This is for Sharon, i went in there last week to get my breakfast, and she went above and beyond to help me out, and give me what i ordered, she's an absolute Star, Credit to the company.. she's a team player, Very Professional, I unfortunately wasn't able to fill out the other review due to my receipt was un-readable,

Went to just order desserts, preferred 4 apple pies , 4 fruit bags and two ice creams. Who puts ice cream and fruit in the same bag as HOT apple pies. Took them out as soon as they passed them to us.

Ordered a delivery. Yet again the order was wrong, food missing even though the bag was sealed. It's more or less every time we use this place. This place must be the worst Mcdonalds in the country!

McDelivery less than useless 45 mins to deliver and cold. One item missing. When will I learn ? Always has something missing!!

Terrible service, incorrect order, bacon hanging out of the packet and stone cold. When highlighting the issue inside the two teenagers were smiling as they remade the sandwich (would you trust eating this sandwich? . Personal opinion I’m going to avoid this place like the plague. No trust in food hygiene or standard of service. Spend my money elsewhere from now on
