I also wanted to highlight the two ladies who assisted me with my order; they were incredibly friendly. As someone who works in customer service, I know how challenging it can be to provide good service these days. I had been having a rough day, and I took a break to grab lunch, which ended up lifting my spirits, even with the minor issue with my order. It truly makes a difference when you visit a restaurant where the staff is welcoming and eager to help. Unfortunately, many restaurants I’ve been to lately leave you feeling the opposite, as it seems basic customer service skills are becoming less common. That’s why I genuinely appreciate good service when I experience it—it’s so rare. Please continue providing the excellent service you do and pass on those values to others in your field. A simple smile can really brighten someone’s day.

The double chocolate donut was nice, but unfortunately, it was quite dry. The XL Girl Scout Thin Mint donut could have had a stronger coffee flavor; it tasted more like mint hot chocolate. I agree with Kevin about the last thin mint I had—I remember it quite well. As for the MED coconut cake, it didn't impress me much; the flavor was mostly at the bottom, and I wasn't a fan. The XL blueberry donut, as usual, was great, packed with blueberry flavor and sweetness. It’s an absolute favorite—very satisfying.

Decent place, but the help must learn respect and manner and how to talk to customers. Prices are much 2 high for the tariff you get. Same coffee and pastries Is over the street on Cumberland farms for half the money

I'm heading to Dunkin'... they always have my order prepared as soon as they see me approaching the drive-thru. The staff is fantastic!

Great experience. Young lady was very polite. She gave both of my dogs pup cups. They had a great experience as well. In the future this will be my dunkin location of choice. My coffee was made perfectly as well.
