Location is good with direct view of the lake . The vegetarian food is also good

Lovely service staff on Sunday, Dec 3rd, excellent ceispy goose lunch (all you can eat). Always again. A huge must-do in WOB during Xmas season. By the way ... try the cakes! Awesome.

Very nice food and location. I had very good time there.

We were there last week with some friends, and it was the worst place we visited in Wolfsburg so far. We weren't greeted or seated, so we just sat down on one of the tables, but still weren't recognized. Everything took so much time for the waiting team, it was unbearable. When ordering drinks, we had to find out that there is no tap water in the restaurant. (I wonder how they even operate without that.) Everything took ages to arrive, the food was dry and tasteless. When the food arrived, we asked for some ketchup and mayo which took another 15 minutes to arrive from a really unfriendly and rude waitress. Waiting for the bill took another 20 minutes, which we found ridiculous. The restaurant wasn't even full at that time, as it was only a Wednesday afternoon. We do understand that loads of these mistakes are not the staffs fault, however as the prices are high, we would have expected a bit more attention to detail.

Waren am 30.07.2017 mit drei Personen zum Frühstück dort. Nachdem wir vor einigen Wochen schon einmal einen Reinfall erlebt hatten, wollten wir dem Pavillon eine zweite Chance geben. Großer Fehler!!Schon beim betreten ging es los. Das Personal unterhielt sich Grüppchenweise oder spielte am Handy. Kein "Hallo", kein "Guten Morgen".Auf dem Tisch die obligatorische Thermoskanne mit Kanne. Guter Service fragt eventuell nach anderen Getränkewünschen..... hier Fehlanzeige.Ds Buffett sehr mager!! Kleinste Brötchen von schlechter Aufbackqualität, Wurst- und Käseplatten sehr lieblos hingeknallt. Das Rührei war teilweise noch flüssig.Krönung war jedoch der Lachs. Schon gräulich verfärbt und mit einem ganz üblem Geruch. Einfach nur eklig!Wir hatten für 9.30 Uhr reserviert und um 10 Uhr war von dem Buffett schon nichts mehr da. Brötchen mussten von einem Bäcker nachgeordert werden, Käse- und Wurstplatten kamen nach erst einer halben Stunde Leerstand wieder an das Buffett.Das Personal hatte aber sichtlich Spaß. Es wurde sich nett untereinander unterhalten, am Handy gespielt und um die Gäste kümmerte sich niemand. Servicewüste vom Feinsten!!!Nachdem wir nun zweimal derart reingefallen sind, kommt der Pavillon für uns nicht mehr in Frage. Nie wieder!! Servicepersonal, Frühstück, Sauberkeit der Toiletten.....alles wirklich unterirdisch schlecht. Und das für einen Preis von 17,50 €. Unmöglich.
